HORNADY .300 PRC:

The .300 Precision Rifle Cartridge (PRC), like many cartridges born in Grand Island, Nebraska, is the product of years of thinking and tinkering by Hornady. But more importantly for hunters and long-distance shooters, it represents a paradigm shift.

The .300 PRC is based on the .375 Ruger; call it a .30-375. Maximum cartridge overall length is 3.7 inches. A 2.58-inch-long case creates capacity for 75-80 grains of powder to push big .30-caliber bullets at high velocity. So the cartridge has the capacity to kill not only most big game but also many existing .30-caliber magnums.

HAWKE OPTICS FRONTIER 30 5-30X50:

Highly versatile and durable, the Frontier 30 SF 5-30x50 TMX Riflescope features a high-precision mil-dot reticle for long range shooting. Named for the gaps called ‘milliradians’ that translate to 3.6 inches at 100 yards and 3 feet at 1,000 yards, a mil-dot reticle uses the angle and arc scale to predict the bullet trajectory drop. The 21 layer fully multi-coated optic increases light transmission for superior clarity through the glass etched reticle with a 6x ratio precision engineered optical system, while Rheostat on saddle offers 11 levels of brightness for better adaptability in the field. The 30mm mono-tube chassis is made of sturdy aluminum for long-term durability, and the fast focus eyebell and high torque zoom ring make it quick and easy to adjust the scope. Waterproof, shockproof, and nitrogen purged, this riflescope provides aim points no matter the weather.
